Slovak Passoport/Citizen with Permanent Residency in New Zealand

Hello, I wish to go teach English for a period of time in China (up to half a year), and I live in New Zealand (permanent residency) with a Slovak passport. What documents will I need when applying for a visa? And is it the Z visa? I recently heard that you need 2 years working experience before you can apply for a Z visa, is this true?
Thank you

Yes, you need to get a Z visa, which requires your passport, passport information page copy, a fully completed application form glued with your photo, and a work permit from your employer. I also heard that you need two years working experience if wanting to be an English teacher in China.

I've also heard about it but never on any official site, also what does two years entail, as in full time two years or can it be on and off part time throughout some two years?
