What kind of requirements after one month baby need to go Chinese embassy . My baby is half chinese he’s father is chinese and I’m filipina I want to know what kind of requirements need to give in embassy because my husband and I want to go china this coming Chinese New Year for vacation about 20days only. Want to visit he’s family in China and show our baby to he’s family. I want to know what kind of requirements that I need to give in embassy

You need to apply for a Q2 visa for your baby at the Chinese embassy in your country. The required documents inlude your passport, a passport information page copy, a completely filled application form, a recent photo, and your baby's birth certificate, the father's Chinese ID, and an invitation letter from the father.
