About:Guilin Liangjiang Airport

Land at KWL late at night (1:30 AM). Can I expect to find a taxi waiting outside to Guilin?

If not, how do you suggest ordering one in advance?
Is there an app you can suggest for ordering a taxi?

Yes, you can find a taxi or you can take a night shuttle bus to the downtown area.
