About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Confirmed seat requirement

Assuming that check in can only be done 24 hours prior to flight how does this affect the confirmed seat aspect of the requirements

You don't need a seat number, just a confirmed ticket. "Confirmed seat" only means you cannot fly stand-by.
