I would like to know, if I can study with this S1, I would like to learn the language in a university, or maybe in an academy without having to change my visa again (if so, you can recommend me some places of study). Thanks :)

I'm afraid you cannot study under S1 type. It's possible for you to change your current S1 to a student X type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you can study in a university in mainland China. Just give it a try.
