Best month for travel to moving house and begin study?

I'm born Feb.3,1985. What is the best day for travel to another country and moving house and then start study in new school in this year 2018?

If you want to travel to another country, just set out right now and do not care more about the time.
As for the best date for moving house, in China, there are some rules. In September, the good days are Sep. 09, Sep. 10, Sep. 15, Sep. 16, Sep. 18, Sep. 21. Each month has its lucky days for moving houses.
