About:China Business Visa

What type of visa is required?

i am a freelancer, delivering service (mainly, training, consultative) to a company in China on behalf of a company in Singapore on short term (10days) per quarter basis. I dont get pay directly by the Chinese company as the company will pay the company in Singapore engaging me.

You can try to apply for Chinese business M type from the CVASC in your country.
