Changing Job this year?
I was born on 25 Nov 1977. I want to quit my current 1.5 years new job and it requires me to serve 3 months notice.
Actually this current job is not all bad. Good pay, flexible working hours, monthly travelling. I fought hard to get me selected.
Bad is I do not quite get along with my Director. Though this year is better than last year. But I lose my motivation because he only paid half of my performance bonus. He acknowledged he was wrong in interpreting my employment contract but he was not happy with my business strategy thus the “discount”
I am the third person being hired in Asia. The previous Two staffs worked for 1.5 years and 1 year only. I am indeed having best revenue and profit last year for Asia compares with previous two staffs but this year I lose my motivation to fight.
Should I find a new job, is this the right time to quit?if I tender my resignation in Aug 2018, I could leave this job on Nov. I worry if I do not resign this year, next year snake fortune is not so good. Kindly advise. Many thanks.
