Find career or study or both?

Hi! I'm a female monkey born July 22, 1992. Due to our process being transfer to another site, we are about to lose our job by the end of this September. I'm in doubt what should be my next move. Should I continue learning different language studies and find a job by December or January 2019? Or find a job first as early as September? When is the best month/date for this? Also, I read here that Monkeys ranked low (11) in 2019. There will be bad and black months. So I'm expecting 2019 is gonna be a not-so-good year for Monkeys. Any idea on how to lessen those mistakes and how to cope on? Thank you very much in advance.
