Solar Windmill from China to India

Hello,
I am from Hyderabad booked a solar windmill form China on 27.7.2018. I am continuously following up with the seller for status of the purchased item but still i have not received the product. If i try to check the track the parcel i find this

Pls help me to trace the item as i need it very urgently.
