About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

14 hours layover

Hi. I'm a Philippine passport holder with Germany residence permit. Im traveling back to Germany but will have a 14 hours layover in Pudong Shanghai for 14 hours for my connecting flight to Frankfurt. Can I go out Pudong Shanghai Airport without visa?

It's up to immigration officer whether they will let you leave the airport on a 24 hour transit.
