About:Zhouzhuang Water Town

I am planning to visit Su Zhou and Zhouzhuang from Shanghai. Please advise how to go about?

There are two buses from Shanghai South Long-distance Bus Station to Zhouzhuang at 8:11 and 13:21.
As for transport to Su Zhou, you can take a bullet train from Hongqiao station and it takes about 20 minutes.
