About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Is a visa needed if arriving some days earlier than the Shanghai cruise?

Helping friends book a cruise... roundtrip SH on Royal Caribbean's Spectrum of the Seas. They want to go to SH a few days early. Are they eligible for the 144 hour free visa? Thank you for your help!

The 15-day visa free policy can’t work in this case. As for 144h visa free, it depends on whether their route agrees with the policy.
