where to find the module to book online appoinment

I have downloaded and filled out the form, but I can't find anywhere on the pages here to book the online appointment. Are you able to send a link?

You can find the link to make the appointment from the official website of the CVASC in your country. Follow the steps for making the application, you can find the entrance of the appointment on Step2Submit at the Centre.
