Flying from Hong Kong to Qingdao on Monday 17th September

Then flying to Shanghai Airport to catch flight back to New Zealand, does this make us eligible for Visa FREE Travel?

Thanks Warren

No, you are not eligible for 24-hour free visa, because you leave for New Zealand from Shanghai Airport rather than Qingdao Airport that you first arrive at, which doesn't conform to the regulations of 24-hour direct transit.
