72 hours free transit visa in Shanghai

Hi
I would like to check I am holding German passport, I will fly from Singapore to Hongkong, then fly to SH and will stay in SH 2 and half days, then fly back to Singapore.
Do I allow to apply 72 hours free transit visa?
