Going to Wutaishan from Hohhot by Long Distance Bus

Hello, can somehow explain and recommend a way for me to reach Taihuai from Hohhot? I will be travelling from Hohhot for a visit to Wutai Mountain. I would really like to keep transport methods to long distance buses and I do not mind if I need to change bus along the way. But I just want to know the most efficient method by bus. Thank you!
