About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My wife and I wish to take a cruise starting in Japan then ends in Shanghai, we would leave the same

The same day flying back to the UK do we need a visa or would the free 24 twov apply to us. Can the ship arrange this for us. It would be celebrity cruise line.

You are eligible for the free transit in Shanghai. No visa will be required. You need to inform the cruise company in advance that you want to use the free transit in Shanghai, and show the tickets to UK and passports at the immigration counter upon arrival to apply for that.
