Will December be a good time to visit Beijing?

Hi, what month is best to travel in the city to catch a snowfall? Will it be good to visit there around last week of December?

The weather in Beijing would be cold in December based on the previous statistics. However, it won't influence the sightseeing as long as you bring enough warm clothes.
