Enquires on student visa application

Please i just got admission in china . Scholarship to be precise am yet to apply for the visa .what are the documents needed before i can go in for the entry permit

To apply for student X type, you should first prepare a filled-out application form affixed with 1 passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, your medical certificate, admission letter and JW form from the school, your bank statement as well as other requirements.
