About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

144 hrs twov .I plan to fly from Toronto to Beijing one way

and stay for 4 days, then fly to Hanoi with prearranged visa and flight.
Can I utilize the 144 hrs free transit.
I'm a Canadian citizen.
