About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Visa. I'm a U.S. citizen but now live in Australia for the past 12 years.

Do I file for a visa as a u.s. citizen or as a Australia one.And how do I file.

If you have USA passport, you should file for a visa as a u.s. citizen. You can make the application from the CAVSC in there after you prepare all documents.
