Manchester-HNG KNG-Shanghai- Phillipines

Hi,
I am travelling to Shanghai from the UK with a stop in Hong Kong. I then have 3 days on Shanghai before flying to the Philippines for 8 days.
I would then fly back to Shanghai from the Philippines, have 3 days in Shanghai, before flying back to the UK via Hong Kong.
Hope this makes sense. Would i be able to use 144 hour transit for that?
