My first time traveling Beijing -Qinhuangdao-Panjin route. Like to know on arrival at the Beijing

After your arrival at the airport, you can go to the ticket office to buy the bus ticket first. The office should be at 1F on T1 near gate7, T2, near gate 11 and T3 near gate 7 or 9. Then you can take the bus to the railway station and continue your trip to Qinhuangdao and Panjin. The shuttle bus should be CNY30 per person.
