Hi i am residing in Kerala.

Hi,

I am residing in Kerala. I wish to apply for L. Can i apply through Mumbai China visa center by post?
Or can i submit my application through my relative residing in Mumbai?

You can make the application in there by post if the area where you reside belongs to the consular district of Mumbai.
