About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi :72 hour transit visa

I will be departing from Vancouver Canada (Sep 8, 2018), then lay over (2HR) at Shanghai, then fly directly to Beijing. Here at Beijing I plan to go out for tour of city, and take a flight (confirmed tickets in hand) to another third country - Bangladesh, on Sep 11, 2018.

I am a Canadian citizen with valid passport, do I qualify for a 72 hr free transit at Beijing ?
Please advise.

Your two stops in China limits you to 24 hours transit without visa. You need a visa or different flights.
