About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am travelling to Phnom Peng from Australia with a 15 hour lay over in ShenZhen. Do I need a Visa?

Yes a visa will be needed as Shenzhen does not participate in 24/72/144 hour transit without visa programs
