About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Need to depart from different airports?

For Singapore > Shanghai > Philippines, if I enter and exit Same airport (E.g PVG), am I eligible for 144Hr twov? I'm From one of the visa free countries.

Of course you can arrive and depart from PVG.
