About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa free Shanghai?

We are travelling from Taiwan to Shanghai and then the Netherlands.
Can we apply for the 144 hours free and is it allowed to visit other cities (Hangzhou/Tongli)

Taiwan > Shanghai > Netherlands is allowed for 144 hour transit without visa. Shanghai arrival allows travel in the Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang regions which will cover trips to see Hangzhou/Tongli.
