New job and love life

Hi,
I’ve been double minded about looking for new job since I don’t see any positive hope for career growth in my current role? I have been sending applications, will I be successful ? Is there any chance of relationship this year ?

Will I get promotion at current job ? Didn’t get clarity on that part. Asking parents is the last thing I’d wanna do.

Yes, you are lucky enough in 2018 to get promotions as long as you work hard and keep fighting for your work. Your excellent may make boss happy and then he may give you opportunity to get promoted.
