About:Lingering Garden

My layover is 24 h 35min and I'm from a country that can only use the 24 hour temporary stay permit.

Is it possible to get the 24 hour transit visa in spit even if the extra 35 minutes in my scheduled layover?

It depends on which Chinese city you will transit. Could you please tell me which city you will have the layover?
