About:China Visa Application in UK

Photo on Application Form

Will it be OK to stick the passport photo on the form. Getting conflicting reports as on the application form it states affix photo here?

As I know, you can stick one passport-sized photo on the form. It should be a recently-taken bareheaded one against a light background (size: 48mm x 33mm).
