Holiday invitation for 5 days from a friend

My friend ask me to come to shanghai from 7 august to 11 august, he already provide tickets roud trip from Jakarta - SH - jakarta and also provide hotel for me and my girlfriend. How do i apply visa on arrival for 144 hours in the airport?
