About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144h Visum enter third country

Is it necessary to enter the third country? Or is it ok to just beeing there at the airport as a stepover to the first country again.

Example:
France-Shanghai
Shanghai -dubai(only transit at the Airport for 2 hours No immigration)-france

That’s fine, as long as your France-Shanghai flight does not stop in Dubai (or China).
