Hi anyone can share the Charges of work permit?

Hi I am moving to Dalian for Job.
i want to know the charges for work permit including the medical. and home rent ,

You are advised to ask your employer to apply for the work permit for you after you give them the documents such as you degree certificate and 2-year work experience.
