When we can see panda cubs in Chengdu?

Regarding the pandas (we are huge animal lovers), what is the best time to visit to possibly see cubs.

In Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the cub-bearing period of pandas is in July-September. So you can see the cute panda cubs during July to September.
