How can I get there from Chongqing Shapingba station?

Also, how much would it cost to take a taxi there? Will taxis drive there?

You can take bus line 504 to Chenjiaping Bus Station and then take a bus to there. It takes about CNY 50 to get there and the departure time is 8:30, 10:00 and 10:10. The taxi fare is around CNY 260.
