About:China Transit Visa

Going to France through Shanghai Pu Dong from New Zealand

Hi, I'm holding a Vietnamese passport. I'm flying to Paris, France from New Zealand and stop at Shanghai Pu Dong for 3 hours. Do I need to apply for a transit visa?
