If you want to make the application in Thailand, it's possible for you to apply for it from the CVASC in there.0

Actually it may not be totally possible. If you are not Thai then then the consulate will want to see a work permit. If you do not have that then they have other ways to avoid you. You really need to contact a visa service in BKK and they will know. Its possible but they dont like it at all and will make excuses not to process your visa request.0
