Where can I get a certificate of singleton

I would like to marry a Chinese woman and I need a notarized certificate of singleton. What most I do?

You should first get your certificate of singleton notarized by the local notary public and the Secretary of State (some states also require that the documents need to be notarized by County Clerk); and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested. After that, you can get married in mainland China. Or maybe you can find an agency to help you get that.
