About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does Country A Need To Be Your Home Country?

The general rule is as follows:

A -B: one of three areas in Mainland China
I am Canadian and would like to claim the 144-hour twov with this itinerary:

Canada - South Korea - China - Philippines - Canada

Will I be able to claim the 144-hour twov with that itinerary? In this case the country from which I arrive in China will not be my home country. Is that okay?

You fly Korea - China - Philippines and that's fine for the 144h twov.

It doesn't matter if A or C is your home country.
