About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eligible for TWOV

Hi. If I have a German passport and I have this route: Hong Kong > Beijing > Singapore, is this eligible for either the 24 hour or 72 hour TWOV?

Up to 144 hours in Beijing if those are the only cities you fly through
