online visa application problem - passport place of issue

I am using the online application process from 'Chinese visa application service centre'. On a question about my passport, it asks about the place of issue, and has 'boxes' for country, province/state and City. But my Australian passport only has 'AUSTRALIA' as the issuing authority. (Similarly my UK passport says 'HMPO' - Her Majesty's Passport Office). The computer will not allow any blank boxes! What do I put in these boxes?

You can type 'AUSTRALIA' or 'HMPO' in there. But I cannot guarantee that. You can contact the CVASC to confirm that.
