Yangdi to Xingping raft

I noticed from one website that since April 2018, it is not possible anymore to take the raft from Xingping all the way to Yangdi or vice versa, due to government restrictions. Is it true?

Yes, but you can take a raft to Mural Hill and then take a battery car to Xingping.
