About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Can you tell me if I need more than 1 appointment for 2 Visas ( my Husband and I) please?

Also, I made the appointment before filling in the form via Quick Access. Is it OK to do that?

Yes, you need to make two appointments for that, I suppose.
