how long can i reapply for a visa

please I had an admission into the Shenyang agricultural university but I've been denied a visa after going for the interview so for long can I reapply and why was I refused entry permit

Feel sorry for what happened to you, but sometimes, the consular officers may deny the application without giving any reasons. What one can do is to wait and try again. Usually, they are advised to re-apply again after waiting for 3 months since rejection.
