Child under 18

My child is studying in China. Her mother is a Chinese national. We are no longer married, but I would like to apply for an S visa in order to visit my child. Do you think this is possible under the regulations?

If your child has student X1 type and Chinese residence permit, you can try to apply for the S type from the CVASC in your country.
