Prospects for next half of 2018

Snake.Male.27/11/1977. What is the prospect for my career/business venture/fortune for the next half of 2018? My circumstances have been stagnant since begining of this year, no luck on career nor business progress. Feeling really helpless, lost and depress, although how much I stay/think positive and manifest good outcome. Please help to show the path. Thank you.
