Enter Hong Kong from China

I'm Vietnamese and i have got a China visa for travel. Can i apply a permit enter to HongKong at the China immigration at the airport?

Maybe you can try to apply for HK visa from the relevant office of HK government in mainland China. But the result cannot be guaranteed. You are advised to apply for that from the China embassy in your country before your trip.

How about visa on arrival? Can i get it at Chek Lap Kok? Because my trip is at beginning of Aug. I have no time for Hong Kong visa in my country now. It need 3 weeks.
