HiI am saudi Arabia citizen i will be in Philippines in 14 September 2018. For 20days , and I will travel to Guangzhou in 14 December 2018, when I am in manila can I get visa for china from ur office in Philippines, if yesWhat I need to bring with me, and how much will cost me either for single or twice And how long will take to be readyThanksIbrahim

If you don't have residence permit in Philippines, you cannot apply for Chinese visa from there. You are advised to make the application from your home country. Or you can try to find an agency to help you.
